Ammonia Plant H/N Control

The ammonia plant H/H workshop is designed to allow you to explore many of the concepts that have been introduced for Unit Coordination. The coordination of gas and air input to maintain a target H/N ratio in the synthesis loop is addressed in the workshop.

Step 1. In the Ammonia Plant H/N workspace, observe the response for a step change increase in plant feed rate.

Step 2. Change the synthesis loop H/N ratio setpoint and observe the response.
